UPDATE: How Wisconsin Supreme Court Decision to Overturn the State's Stay-At-Home Order Affects SASD. (Updated 5/14/2020)
Dear Rails Community -
The Wisconsin Supreme Court struck down nearly all of the Evers Administration's “Safer at Home Order,” Executive Order 28, yesterday. However, The Court did not strike down the section of the Safer at Home Order that closed K-12 schools and placed important events such as graduations, performances and athletics on hold through June 30th. Legal guidance to school districts across the State this morning indicates that this section of the Safer at Home Order stays in place.
Updated information will be provided as it becomes available. Take care and stay healthy.
