- Apply online (preferred) at http://dpi.wi.gov/open-enrollment
- Apply on paper - Applications are available by contacting the SASD Open Enrollment Coordinator, Kristin Tischer at tischerk@spooner.k12.wi.us or at the District Office, 801 Cty Hwy A, Spooner, WI 54801. Paper applications can also be downloaded at the links below.

If you need assistance completing the paper application, please contact the Open Enrollment Coordinator. All paper applications must be submitted to the nonresident school district when complete.
