District facilities are available for use as requested. If your organization wishes to use district spaces, please submit this application form in a timely manner for approval. Click the link below then login with your Bound Account (account creation may be required) and click the Green Bar for the form. Fill out the form and press Submit Application. Once submitted your Reserver Dashboard will show you requests made along with other information on the left of the window. You can also access the Reserver Dashboard by clicking your User Icon (bottom left or top right depending on website location) it will be under your username. Once accepted by SASD you will receive an email stating you may now Create a New Reservation (top right of the Bound window). If you do not see this button please confirm you are in Reservations on the left menu. A window will show you SASD Public Facility Reservations when clicking New Reservation and a Green Select option will be available. Please read and agree to the Board Policy notes. Once accepted please fill out the form to your needs (1-4 drop down into options). Please click submit when finished.
