Welcome to the wonderful world of pupil services, Spooner high school activities, and athletics. In my position I have many roles allowing me to gain a broader perspective of the programs that we, as a district, offer our children. I believe that whether we are talking about special education, athletics, or the curriculum at the high school, it is our responsibility as educators to build relationships with our students, to learn to understand our students' strengths and weaknesses, and to create learning situations where all children have the opportunity to grow. I consider it a privilege to work side by side with so many quality educators to serve the students and families of Spooner Area School District. This is my 7th year serving on the administrative team in the Spooner Area School District and my 28th year as an educator. Prior to this year, I specialized in Special Education, Response to Intervention, curriculum development, and dealing with difficult behaviors. If you have comments or questions about special education, athletics or high school activities, Please feel free to contact me. I welcome your input and questions. I will do my best to respond to you within a couple of days.
