Where hands-on fun and creativity lead academic enrichment, movement, and youth development.
June 17-27, Mondays - Thursdays
Pre-Kindergarten - high school offerings
While registration is free, most classes have a small, additional materials fee that must accompany registration forms.
Registration deadline is Monday, May 13.
Please make checks payable to
Spooner Area School District.
Our purpose: Provide enhancement, extension and remediation of
educational experiences offered during the school year.
We also look to reduce summer reading and math loss. Students entering Kindergarten through 6th grades recommended by their teacher for remedial reading and/or math are placed in a smaller class size.
Elementary School is where most classes are held; a couple afternoon classes will be at the Middle or High Schools. A supervisor will be available to walk students, as a group, to other buildings.
Free breakfast and lunch are available to all children up through age 18 at the Elementary School, June 17 – 27.
For course and registration information check out the Summer School Class Offerings Booklet. Then turn in completed Summer School Registration Forms to any district office. Questions: contact Karen Collins at 715-635-0243.
Out-of-school time is so much more than keeping kids safe. Combining education and youth development with hands-on, fun creative learning - where children want to be - marks our standard!
